  • Focus: Develop spatial awareness and dynamic balance.

    Key Features: 

    • Personalised 1:1 cycling instruction 

    • Focus on balance, coordination, agility, and core strength. 

    • Encourages social connections and skill development through fun activities.

    Outcome: Confidence in mobility, introduction to the joys of cycling, foundational skills to advance to the next level.

  • Focus: Independence in cycling and readiness for community riding.

    Key Features: 

    • Progress from the basics to confidently pedal without training wheels. 

    • Refine coordination, learn signalling techniques, road rules, and group riding dynamics. 

    • Emphasis on road safety, resilience, and emotional growth.

    Outcome: Becoming a competent and safe cyclist, ready to explore the community and various terrains.

  • Focus: Adventure and off-road cycling.

    Key Features: 

    • Held in AUA’s custom-designed dirt trail precinct, the level builds bike handling skills, strength, and stable technique. 

    • Navigate diverse terrains like bumps, undulations, and corners. 

    • Learn trail etiquette, reading, and risk assessment.

    Outcome: Build resilience, enhance fitness and endurance, and embrace the challenges of off-road cycling with confidence and skill.
